Why Bother with Stomach Shaping Workouts?

You won't get much of an argument if you say that most everyone would be better off if they were in decent shape. Being in decent shape from doing some solid old-fashioned stomach shaping exercises leads to shedding excess poundage, rearranging what is left into a more pleasing form and toning and firming up flabby muscles.
